Fuel savings, emissions reductions, payback periods and other performance figures shown on this site — including figures relating to the MFTP™ Multi-Fuel Technology Platform — are estimates based on representative operating conditions. Actual results vary with vehicle type and age, engine make and model, duty cycle, load, terrain, climate, maintenance practices, driver behaviour, and prevailing diesel and natural gas prices. No specific savings, emissions outcome or return on investment is guaranteed by this website.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, photographs, logos, layout and software — is owned by or licensed to IFS and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. “Innovative Fuel Systems”, the IFS logo and “MFTP™” are trademarks of IFS. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal business evaluation, provided you keep all proprietary notices intact. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful, misleading or fraudulent purpose;
• submit false information or another person's information without authority;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
• introduce malware, or use bots, scrapers or automated tools to harvest content or data;

Information you send through the fleet audit form or by email is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential or sensitive material through the website; unsolicited ideas or suggestions are not treated as confidential.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in that province, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You irrevocably attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta, sitting in Edmonton, for any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site.

13. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and IFS regarding use of this site.
